A & P Association shield for best managed farm over 250 acres
Tom was brought up that your stock are always number 1, you feed your stock well and they will feed your family. Tom's Grandfather and father won the Southland A&P Association best managed farm over 250 acres from 1937 to 1961, when the shield was given to Toms father to keep. The shield is proudly hanging up in Tom's kitchen in his recently built  deer shed.
